Forms in Flow and Scope
Take requests and leads from people outside your team. Share a form by link: nobody needs an account to fill it in, and each response lands in the right place.

What it does
Flow forms make tasks
Each response becomes a task in the project. Choose where each answer goes: the task's name, its due date, one of the project's custom fields, or the description.
Scope forms make records
Each response adds a record, or updates the one it matches (by email, then website, then name). A company in the answers is found or added. An automation can start when a form is submitted.
Files
Let people attach documents and pictures, up to 10 MB each. They arrive on the task, or in the record's Files tab.
Your look
Add your logo and choose the colours. Up to five people can get an email for every response.
Set it up
- In Flow, open a project's settings and choose Forms. In Scope, open Forms.
- Make a form: add questions, and choose where each answer goes.
- Copy the form's link and share it, for example on your website or in an email.
How it works, and what Coavon can see
- Answers are checked against the form before anything is saved, so a response can only fill in what the form asks.
- Files are limited to documents and pictures (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text, PNG and JPG), and each file is checked after it arrives.
- Hidden checks and per-sender limits keep automated spam out.
