The Flow API covers tasks and projects. For the other apps, use the AI connector's tools with the same key.

Requests answer 429 until the next day. A higher plan allows more.

Connect your own tools and scripts to Coavon. With an API key you can work with Flow tasks and projects, or use the AI connector's tools from your own code.

What it does

Flow tasks

List tasks (filtered by status, project, priority or person), read one, create one, change one and delete one.

Flow projects

List the projects you can see.

The AI connector

Use the same key with the AI connector's tools for Flow, Scope, Calendar, Notes, Drive, Docs and Chat, for example from Claude Code.

Set it up

In Workplace, open your avatar menu and choose API access.
Create a key and copy it. It is shown only once.
Send it with each request as Authorization: Bearer <your key>.

Endpoints

GET /api/tasks lists tasks. Filter with status, project_id, priority or assignee_id.
POST /api/tasks creates a task. Only title is required.
GET, PATCH and DELETE /api/tasks/<id> read, change and delete one task.
GET /api/projects lists projects.

How it works, and what Coavon can see

A key belongs to the person who made it, in their organization. It stops working if they leave the organization, or when they delete it.
Coavon keeps only a fingerprint of each key, never the key itself, which is why it can be shown only once.
Each plan allows a number of requests a day, shared with the AI connector and shown on the pricing page.
