Connect Coavon to your AI assistant
Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity with your Coavon workspace. Ask what's due, turn a plan into tasks, move a deal along, plan a meeting or find a note, without leaving the conversation.
What it can do
Flow tasks and projects
List your tasks or the team's, create tasks with owners, due dates and checklists, move them to any status your project uses, and read or add comments.
Scope records and pipelines
Find clients and other records, add new ones, move a deal to the next stage of a pipeline, and note what was agreed.
Calendar
See your events, including ones you are invited to, add events and invite teammates, change your own events, and answer invitations.
Notes, Drive and Docs
Search and read your notes, find and read files in Drive, and create a new document.
Chat
Read channels and direct messages to catch you up, and send a message when you ask it to.
Search everything
Not sure where something is? Search tasks, notes, files, records and events at once.
Every assistant connects to the same address, and you sign in on Coavon's own page:

Claude
Coavon is in Claude's connector directory.
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and search the directory for Coavon.
- Click Connect. Coavon opens: sign in, choose your organization, and click Allow.
- Start a new chat and ask something like "What's due for me this week in Coavon?"
You can also add it as a custom connector: choose Add custom connector, name it Coavon, enter the address above, and leave the sign-in settings as Claude detects them. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds connectors for the organization first.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Plugins, choose +, then Create custom MCP server.
- Name it Coavon, enter the address above, and choose OAuth. Leave the client ID and secret empty.
- Coavon opens: sign in, choose your organization, and click Allow.
- Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use Coavon.
Gemini
- On a computer, go to gemini.google.com, click Settings, then Connected Apps. If you don't see it, look under Personal Intelligence.
- Under Custom apps, add a custom app and enter the address above. Leave the advanced settings alone, then click Next.
- Coavon opens: sign in, choose your organization, and click Allow.
- In a chat, type @ and choose Coavon, then ask your question. Once connected, it works in the Gemini mobile app too.
Google offers custom apps to people 18 or older in the US, signed in with a personal Google Account (not a work or school one), with Keep Activity on. See Google's help page.
Perplexity
- In Perplexity on the web or desktop, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector.
- Choose a remote connector, name it Coavon, enter the address above, and choose OAuth.
- Coavon opens: sign in, choose your organization, and click Allow.
- Turn on Coavon in a conversation, then ask your question.
Perplexity offers custom connectors on its paid plans. On Enterprise, an admin may need to allow members to add them.
These assistants change their menus from time to time. If a step doesn't match, look for connectors, connected apps or plugins in its settings, or write to us.

Questions
Starter, Pro and Business, and the free trial. Each plan allows a number of requests a day, shown on the pricing page. The Free plan can connect, but requests are refused until the organization is on a paid plan or trial.
Only what you can see in Coavon, in the one organization you chose when you connected. It works as you: it cannot open another person's private notes or a project you are not in.
Coavon marks every tool as one that only reads or one that changes something, so your assistant knows which is which. Claude and ChatGPT ask before using a tool that changes something, such as creating a task or sending a message, unless you tell them not to.
No. None of the connector's tools delete tasks, records, events, notes or files. Deleting is done in the Coavon apps themselves.
Coavon does not use your data to train AI. What you ask your assistant, and what Coavon sends back to answer it, is handled under that assistant's own privacy terms and settings.
In Workplace, open your avatar menu and choose API access. Connected apps are listed there with a Disconnect button. Removing Coavon from your assistant's settings also ends its access.
Yes. You sign in to Coavon the usual way, including your second step, before you choose to allow the app.
The connection was ended, for example from Workplace, or you left the organization. Open Coavon in your assistant's settings and connect again.
Yes. Create an API key in Workplace under your avatar, API access, and pass it as a Bearer token to the same server address. The page there shows the exact command for Claude Code.
