Accessibility

Last updated October 14, 2026

We want Coavon to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, larger text or reduced motion. This page says what we aim for, where we know we fall short, and how to reach us when something gets in your way.

1. What we aim for

Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard most widely used for websites and web apps. We are working towards it; we do not claim that every part of Coavon meets it today.

2. What we have done

On this website (coavon.com):

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are.
  • A "Skip to main content" link is the first thing the Tab key reaches.
  • Buttons, links and form fields have names a screen reader can announce, and decorative pictures are hidden from screen readers.
  • Headings are in order, so a page can be navigated by its outline.
  • Text is checked for contrast against its background.
  • Animations are switched off for people who ask their device to reduce motion.
  • The sign-up and sign-in window can be closed with Escape and keeps the keyboard inside it while open.

We check these with automated tests and by using the site with a keyboard.

3. Known limits

The Coavon apps are still being reviewed, and some parts are harder to use without a mouse or with a screen reader than they should be. In particular:

  • Moving things by dragging, such as cards on a board in Flow or deals in a pipeline in Scope. In most places the same change can be made by opening the item and choosing a new status or stage.
  • The document editor in Docs, whose page layout, menus and toolbars have not yet been fully tested with screen readers.
  • Charts and timelines, which do not yet have a full text alternative.

We have not yet tested Coavon with every screen reader and browser combination.

4. Tell us about a problem

If something in Coavon is hard or impossible for you to use, write to hello@coavon.com. It helps to include the page or app, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you use. We read every report, reply to it, and use it to decide what to fix next.

If you need information from this site or help with your account in another form while we fix a problem, ask at the same address and we will help.
