Connect Coavon, and take your work with you
The tools Coavon works with today, how to build your own connections, and exactly what each app can import and export.
AI assistants
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity
Connect your Coavon workspace and work from a conversation: ask what is due, turn notes into tasks, move a deal along, plan a meeting or find a file.
Set it upGoogle Calendar
Calendar and Flow
Your Coavon events and dated Flow tasks appear in Google Calendar, in a calendar of their own. Move or rename one there and Coavon follows. Your own Google events can show in Coavon too.
Google Drive
Flow, Scope and Chat
Attach a file from your own Google Drive to a task, a client record or a chat message. It stays in Google Drive, and Coavon can see only the files you pick.
Web addresses in and out
Automations in Flow and Scope
An automation can send a message to another tool's web address when something happens, or start when another tool sends one to Coavon. Tools such as Zapier and Make can connect this way.
API keys
Flow, and the AI connector
Create keys in Workplace to connect your own tools: list, create, update and delete Flow tasks and list projects, or use the AI connector's tools from your own code.
Public forms
Flow and Scope
Share a form by link. Each response becomes a task in Flow or a record in Scope, with no account needed to fill it in.
What each app can import and export
Your work belongs to you. This is what each app's own buttons can take out and bring in today, including what they cannot do yet.

Questions
Most of it, with each app's own export: Flow tasks and projects, Scope records, documents, files, calendar events and the audit log. Chat messages and notes cannot be exported yet. If you are leaving and need something that has no export button, write to hello@coavon.com.
Not yet. Coavon has its own chat, and Zapier, Make and similar tools can connect to Coavon through automation web addresses or the API.
API keys and automation web addresses are on every paid plan, with monthly limits shown on the pricing page. The Google connections, Google sign-in and forms are on every plan, including Free.
Tasks can be imported into Flow, and companies and contacts into Scope, from a CSV file, which most project tools, Excel and Google Sheets can save. Files can be uploaded to Drive.
