No. Coavon runs in your web browser. Sign in at workplace.coavon.com and open any app from there.

Most teams start in Flow: create a project, add the tasks you already know about and assign them. Add clients to Scope and files to Drive as you go.

You can import companies and contacts into Scope from a CSV file, which Excel and Google Sheets can both save. Files can be uploaded to Drive.

Choose Sign in, then "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We will send a link to set a new one. The link works once and only for a short time.

Open Workplace and go to your profile. What you set there shows in every app.

Yes. Use the organization switcher at the top of any app to move between them.

An owner can delete an organization, and anyone can delete their own account, from settings in Workplace. Deleted data is held for 30 days before it is removed for good.

Owners can do everything, including billing. Admins manage the team and settings. Members do the day to day work. On Pro and Business, owners can change what admins and members are allowed to do.

In Workplace, open Members and share the invite link. You can require approval before a new person gets in.

Only you. Notes are private to each person.

You and the people you invite. If you mark an event for everyone, the whole organization sees it. Only the person who made an event can change it.

Yes. Connect your Google account in Workplace, under Settings then Integrations. Coavon adds a calendar of its own to your Google account and keeps your events and dated tasks in it. If you also want your own Google events in Coavon Calendar, click Show beside your Google account in Calendar's sidebar and allow Coavon to see them. They appear read-only, are never stored by Coavon, and can be hidden with their box.

Yes. After your first 14 days, Coavon is free for one person, with no card needed and no time limit. It includes every app, within limits: 3 projects in Flow, 50 records in Scope and 1 GB of storage.

When you want to add other people, or need more room than the Free plan gives. Paid plans are priced per person.

Every new workspace gets 14 days of the Pro plan, for you and anyone you invite, with no card. It has every Pro feature; storage during the trial is 5 GB a person. When it ends, a workspace of one person carries on with the Free plan. A team chooses a plan to keep working; until it does, its workspace can be read but not changed, and nothing is deleted.

You keep the days you have left. Your card is saved when you choose, and first charged when the trial would have ended. With less than two days left, the plan simply starts that day.

You pay per person on your team, and every person gets every app. Starter is $8 per person a month when billed annually, or $10 month to month.

Yes. An owner can move to a different plan at any time from Billing in Workplace.

Yes. Seats can be added or removed at any time from Billing in Workplace.

Storage is counted per person and pooled across your organization. If you need more, you can add extra storage in blocks from Billing.

Yes, at any time from your billing settings, during the trial or after. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A workspace with one person then carries on with the Free plan.
