How to use Workplace

Workplace is where your team starts: open any app, invite people, decide what each role can do, and manage your plan and billing.

First steps

Sign up at coavon.com or go to workplace.coavon.com. Signing in once signs you in to every app.
Invite your team from Settings, Members, by email or by sharing a link.
Open any app from the launcher. Every plan includes every app.

App launcher: Every app your organization has, one click away. You can also switch apps from the top of any Coavon screen.
Profile: Your name and photo, set once here and shown in every app.

Two-step verification: Add an authenticator app or an emailed code as a second step when you sign in, with recovery codes in case you lose your phone. Included on every plan.

Google sign-in: Sign in with your Google account instead of a password, if you prefer.
Integrations: Connect your Google accounts so Flow tasks and Calendar events appear in Google Calendar, and choose what shows there.

More than one organization: Belong to several organizations with one login and switch between them.

Members: Invite people by email or link, approve requests to join, and remove people who leave.
